About us

I really like the fact that the teaching is structured, rational and scientific. There's a structured syllabus. The teaching seems to be founded on physics and biomechanical principles, with practical demonstrations of what will (and won't) work.

Its fun! Its challenging and at times bizarre, but in my experience the regulars are friendly (and patient) training partners and the underlying atmosphere is one of fun as well as learning. The workshops offer useful insights/tasters of some of the more advanced material.
