Unless otherwise specified, all goals to be achieved by the end of the 2023/24 school year (end August 2024).

Social secretary

As social secretary, Julia organises the 2 public meals each year for Newcastle Tai Chi.

Tai chi syllabus (13 areas of study)

Julia
has passed these belts:

  1. White 1

  2. White 2

  3. Yellow 1

  4. Yellow 2

  5. Orange

  6. Green

  7. Blue

She is working through the purple belt syllabus.

Syllabus change

In 2023, the syllabus was changed in order to ease learning.
This meant that Julia still needs to pass
blue material before seeking to pass purple. Julia can work on purple material but completing blue is her priority.

2024 workshop attendance (20 minimum)

Julia has committed to the minimum number of
workshops for 2024.

Tea Club

Julia is a member of the Tea Club.

Favour is given to the left hand of gentleness rather than the right hand of force.
