classes     qigong     tai chi     kung fu     about us     reviews     a-z

The wise know
they do not know;
The fools do not know
they do not know.

Those who recognise
 the ignorance in ignorance
Are not ignorant.

And those who recognise
 the foolishness in foolishness
Are not foolish.

Therefore,
By knowing both ignorance and foolishness,
The sage becomes wise.
